For myself, the insulation was standard to the house ceiling and garage ceiling only. After the building company completed the 6 star energy rating, they had to add wall insulation (at their expense). All the walls now have insulation except Bed 3 as the home met the 6 star rating without this particular room being insulated. So now, I have to pay an extra $400 to have the walls of Bed 3 insulated.
