Just wondering what everyone's experience is with Corol Homes vs Eden Brae.
We're looking to build a single story, Hamptons style home with raked ceiling, butlers pantry and laminated flooring.
We are trying to keep around the $380-400K mark , not including landscaping.
Corol Home's seems to be very cheap, but for some reason the houses just feel small even though it's more SQ's than the Eden Brae one's we've looked at.
We had a look at McDonald Jones but feeling like they might be around of our price range, trying to stick around 27-31SQ.
Any help would be appreciated as we are first home buyers so trying to get the idea of inclusions vs upgrades and pricing.
Thank you !
