Would be great to know from the experience of occupied homeowners
1) what was the contractual completion duration and actual completion duration
2) what percentage of amount did it increase from the contractual amount with the builder when they occupied, regardless if the change was owner driven or not. I consider that the root cause of any change is that the builder did not try to understand the owners requirement at the initial stage or not giving a clear picture on what the home will look like
So any change for me is a builder driven,,
Appreciate those who can provide with me these information so that I can narrow down my research on the builder to build my home
