Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 14, 2021 9:15 am Hi all, Just wanted to see what peoples thoughts are... I signed contracts on late March 2021... last Friday I was sent final working drawings before being hand over to the construction team. On review on this final working drawings, I noticed they had shortened by garage by 200mm. which is about 10% of the extension I paid for. I have since asked them to hold off site start until its resolved. Also on Monday I received the building permit from the building surveyor. which suggest to me its been approved with the 200mm reduction. What's my best course of action from here? ---------------------------------------------------- Living the dream.... yeap a mortgage...
