Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 17, 2022 9:37 am Below is a picture of my block of land (zero lot) located in Sydney. There is a 0.9m easement on the right-hand side. This easement is for maintenance and access for the next door neighbour. Would I be able to put concrete along the right-side of the house in order to create a walkway through to the backyard? Since the easement is purely for access, and the concrete won't be obstructing the neighbour's access, what are my chances of this being allowed? In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16146 Thanks - yea sounds like I need to submit build over easement application....ugh guess I better start finding someone who can do the engineering drawings 3 3361 |
