This includes all doors, windows, fittings, etc. , but does not include erection costs as it is designed for a home builder. I would get a builder to do the erection as I do not have the time. Have any forum members ever compared how much a similar house would cost if done in the conventional timber frame method? I am thinking that even if the builder charged $100k for erection it would still be a cheap house. comments/ thoughts???? Thanks. Bill.
