Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 11, 2021 11:04 am Hello, looking for advice on building a brick garage (~9m x 5m) over a concrete sewer in the Hobsons Bay area. Does anyone have experience or know of a professional that has experience dealing with City West Water. I have spoken to a couple of designers/builders and getting different opinions. Before I lodge an application I would like to know if this is feasible. Sewer size is 225mm and 3m deep. I know of several similar builds over sewers in the area but not sure of the sewer type/ condition hence looking for someone who has dealt with City West Water. My next step was to start ringing the authorised contractors to see if they actually do this work. Below notes are guidance notes from CWW.
