Browse Forums Building A New House Re: a PD home, what do we need to be prepared for? 61Nov 12, 2008 10:53 pm hi, we are in between PD, Burbank and NBG, we need to build big 2 storey houses like brookvale50, NBG's Buckingham460E, Burbank's Stoneleigh(love the design, just a bit small, and less rooms).
I think PD are very professional for the prices, but also relatively higher then others, even HENLEY. I just visit henley's display homes at point cook today, very impress with the AMBASSADOR, but found out they charge 40k+ for the rendered FACADE. They have limited options also, but i do find the right setup and layout with their options.
