We are still pretty early on, having only recently met with the plan presenters and external colour consultants. I thought I might start a post of our journey, as there doesn't seem to be many recent accounts of building with AllCastle and what all the steps and changes are. I've found this forum to be the most helpful, so will keep posting here as our home building journey continues. This is our first time building a house, we have done the tours of various homeworlds and settled on the Grand Newbury MKIII with the champagne facade. We have flipped the house design, so the garage is on the LHS and matches our current block layout. We haven't made many major changes, although we are adding the Al Fresco and adding a storage area to the garage. So far, we haven't been shocked by many of the alteration costs, but we haven't gotten to internal selections or electrical yet, so I'm sure we will.
