Building in WA and have now reached construction stage after 10 months of waiting, Thought it would be best to start asking questions throughout the build as the building company have minimal customer service.
They scraped all the land on the 11th May and the block passed a compaction test on the 12th May, Now Welded mesh rebar has been delivered on the 25th May
Problem I see though is no trenching has been done for any of the services, Once they do that, does it make the compaction test void? or is there some sort of standard where you can dig down a certain level and the compaction is still valid?
