Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 31, 2021 4:48 pm I'm trying to figure out where the bulk of the extra costs come from in the PD Astor Grange 54 by Coco Republic in Bentleigh, VIC. Base price $502K, they say mid-range ~$650k and as presented in the display home is ~$970k. (not including site costs, landscaping, pool etc). I can't see major structural changes in the floorplan, has anyone investigated (or have an understanding of) what makes it $300K+ more?
