Signature projects Box Hill - Any reviews ? ***

Don't trust anything from signature. Signed with them early 2020 signature at tallawong, 2024 still not complete. They solely blame the builder even though they are the main developer. Would not recommend going anywhere near their projects. You will meet massive delays and blame shifting.

Can see a few houses being put up on the Box Hill development. Anyone here going through issues getting their contracts and moving forward with settlement?

Did anyone receive any update on signature at Terry (Box Hill) land registration and commencement of building. Lad was supposed to be registered and title transferred last November 😢

But lands are registered there . Isn't it ? We got our one settled in December 2023
