Trying to make sure I understand the various conditions the Council have put on our planning application...
Anyone know what this might mean?
"Alterations to front fence for splay area or replace with new fence."
We are a battleaxe block and there is a little bit of common land at the street fence for letterboxes - is this the "splay area"???

Quicker to google “council splay area” than to do a post and upload a picture...
Yes it’s the front bit. Better visibility for the driveway pretty much.
