Our bricks have just started and we are using Austral Bluegum with off-white mortar but at first inspection the colour doesn't look quite right or what we expected.
It might be that it will change colour as it lightens so I don't want to jump the gun just yet but I am unsure.
The colour (below) looks more brownish than an off-white to me?
