Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 11, 2021 10:54 am Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking to build in the adl hills, we are just a little concerned about the cost of footings etc. The block we are considering won’t be titled until September ( but it will be benched and retained included in the land price). However, we have managed to get a hold of the soil report for the block backing onto ours. The site and soil classification was marked as M-D due to soil reactivity. It says trenches and piers are to be ejected into firm natural soil. It also said thickened slab and trench piers required due to existing/added fill. Any guidance would be much appreciated I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13099 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15952 Henley should give you some indication of site costs.
