My partner and I are looking to build in the adl hills, we are just a little concerned about the cost of footings etc.
The block we are considering won’t be titled until September ( but it will be benched and retained included in the land price). However, we have managed to get a hold of the soil report for the block backing onto ours. The site and soil classification was marked as M-D due to soil reactivity. It says trenches and piers are to be ejected into firm natural soil. It also said thickened slab and trench piers required due to existing/added fill.
Any guidance would be much appreciated

I too would reassess the plans, The garage is on the North East corner on the high side of the block, no elevations but a garage underneath would be great closer to street…
RafayWhat are/were your site costs in Perth? What are/were your site costs in Perth?
How much did your site cost and how much was the area? 1) wafflepod or stiffened raft slab? 2) soil class? 3) sloping or flat site? 4) suburbs in perth? Just for an idea…
