Stockland Townhomes

Hi guys, first time on here so apologies if silly questions! Im tossing up between two very similar new estates in Altona North 10km out of Melbourne. One is Fabric by Mirvac and the other is The Haven by Stockland. There is about 100k didference in price between the two for a 4 bed, 3 bath one garage town home. Both on around 220 sqm. Does anyone have any experience with either? Is there much difference. I actually prefer the stockland design. Can't find any reviews online which is either a very goid thing or incredibly bad! Any help would be appreciated
