Hi my partner and I are about to buy a block of land and we are after some much needed advice. We obviously want to access as many grants and offers from the government when applying for our first home as possible.
My partner and I really want to build 2 x 1 bedroom houses on the same block of land. Live in one and rent out the other. We are wondering if we would still be eligible for First Home Owners grant in QLD if we are building 2 places at the same time.
