Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 21, 2021 2:42 am Just curious about which option will net the highest ROV on a new house. A lot of the driveways in my neighborhood are gravel. This will probably be an investment property, but could be sold if I choose to buy a higher value home. Can I get an opinion on the valuation and not possible saleability as this is variable. So if my house was valued at $350K without a driveway, and I added one of these options. What would the +/- return likely be. If I know I can get dollar for dollar on concrete, I'll go for it. I could do paving myself cheap af, but it's a step up from my patio job.
