Hi everyone,
I was hoping if anyone here can help me imagine what this would look like? We have smallish laundry room (2.46 x 1.62m) part of which will be under the incline of the stairs. See attached - builder will extend 500mm more at no cost which is not updated in this plan yet. We thought about extending it completely upto the bath wall but we’re pretty maxed out with our budget.
Am I able to stand in front of our WM and sink without hitting my head? Or would I have to dock??? We also have stone benchtop and upper cupboards included but obviously no upper cupboards where the incline of the stairs will be..

That’s very practical advise, and now thinking why we didn’t think of that! Extending would be worth the money also, Lots more room and adding to resale value with a decent size laundry! I’m also thinking to remove the half wall that’s coming off the kitchen and extend the stairs from the wall to the kitchen.… 4 5279 I have had same ventair 2in1 383m cube dual switch fan and exhaust installed last week Not sure if it’s the best but my electrician said it is excellent 1 8808 |
