Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 15, 2021 5:04 pm Hello, Appreciate your advice on this. I am going on a knockdown and rebuild in a court location (United Energy). The electricity pole is opposite to my land (middle of the front boundary) shared by 5 of my neighbours. The builder wants my immediate neighbour's (left-hand side, when looking from the court) overhead line to be underground as it quite hanging low, causing OH&S. But proposed pit location for my property is on the other boundary (right-hand side), which I guess is the most appropriate option. Does that mean I need to arrange and pay for two power pits? What other options available? thanks Thanks for that, the PVC pipe is still about 40cm below ground level and it sticks out of the sand with no end cap or anything on it just open pipe, is this the finished… 2 10479 You can wash over existing pavers with 10% solution of water and hydrochloric acid, then wash off. The acid will provide for required bond key with new concrete. 1 36968 0 9828 |
