Best possible power pit installation options

Hello,

Appreciate your advice on this.

I am going on a knockdown and rebuild in a court location (United Energy). The electricity pole is opposite to my land (middle of the front boundary) shared by 5 of my neighbours.

The builder wants my immediate neighbour's (left-hand side, when looking from the court) overhead line to be underground as it quite hanging low, causing OH&S.

But proposed pit location for my property is on the other boundary (right-hand side), which I guess is the most appropriate option.

Does that mean I need to arrange and pay for two power pits?

What other options available?

thanks

Paving & Concreting

You can wash over existing pavers with 10% solution of water and hydrochloric acid, then wash off. The acid will provide for required bond key with new concrete.
