WHERE DOES IT SAY FIXED PRICE AS THE SALESMAN STATED ALL I SEE IS NOTE CLAUSE 10, 13, 15, 23 ETC.... WILL/CAN AFFECT CONTRACT PRICE AND THERE IS ALSO MORE IN THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS PUT IN BY THE BUILDER SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS A FIXED PRICE CONTRACT LIKE IS IT A DIFFERENT ONE DOES HIA HAVE ONE OR MASTER BUILDERS Re: FIXED PRICE CONTRACT 2Oct 09, 2008 8:11 pm Hi, the best advice is, if you don't understand the contract, get a solicitor to look over it and answer all the questions you have. They should explain it to you, what obligations you have and what obligations the builder has. If you aren't happy with it why sign it?
