" It appears to me that my finished floor from laundary sliding door is a bit higher at 255mm. Please see attached photo. Will I need a step? It can be a deck or actual concrete steps, but the requirement is that the maximum height difference from finished floor level (laundry) to the landing/deck/whatever is no more than 230mm We are Expert Consultant's, and we are here to help.
