If u want to build with 2-4 months break from stage to stage ,then owner builder will suit u has I built over 2 years this way with 10% of quotes as a project management fee,which I found ending up saving me as the project manager always killed my quotes with his trade quotes way more guaranteed to be quality work ,your best to keep educating yourself as u are doing Thanks for the response.
