I can hear it running over the roof and then climb in. My question is - who should be responsible for this? It’s still within the three month post construction settlement period. It’s a flat colourbond roof. Should this have gaps allowing a possum in? They told me some nonsense about thermal gaps that need to be there. Rodents are a real problem in Sydney atm.
