Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 03, 2021 4:51 pm We are looking at a KDRB in Holland Park West in Brisbane with a rough budget of 350k for the house (inc site costs), and a 100k to replace old retaining walls, put in a pool, paving, pool fence and fencing. We went to a display village today and spoke with a few sales people - and not many could build on our block which has a fall of 4 metres (back to front of the block). Just wondering if anyone here could suggest a builder that would do split level homes for this price? we wanted a split level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with some sort media/2nd living area with a deck. We've google searched obviously, but not many seem to be in our price range. Anyone been in a similar situation that has any advice? We appreciate any feedback you have!! Re: Sloping block builder suggestions Brisbane pls 2Jan 04, 2021 2:08 pm Maybe give these guys a try. My friends built with them in Coorparoo and were quite happy with the result. Hopefully they can offer something that fits your budget. https://www.breezewayhouse.com.au/ Re: Sloping block builder suggestions Brisbane pls 3Jan 05, 2021 9:27 am dulie Maybe give these guys a try. Re: Sloping block builder suggestions Brisbane pls 4Jan 05, 2021 12:53 pm I've chosen to go with Pathway Homes for my sloped block https://www.facebook.com/pwayhomes They've built a number of homes in my area, where sloped blocks are common. They've been OK so far. Little slow on follow up communications via email, best to call them directly.
