Hi. 2 questions for any builders our Building Surveyors out there
I am based in Victoria
1. Is the Domestic Building Insurance needed to be obtained before the building permit can be issued?
2. In order to write up the HIA Contract, does a builder need to obtain the Domestic Builders Insurance before the contracts can be written up and signed by both parties?
