Hi everyone.
I was just wondering if you could give me advice on this floor plan. This is the first concept drawing we’ve received and I gotta say I’m pretty happy with it. Are there any suggestions you’d give? We love the pavilion style house.
Ignore the facade etc as for now we’re trying to get the floor plan right.
I’ve placed a dot on where north is.

Secondly, the access space between the barstools, dining chairs need to be enough else they will be bumping into each other and possibly limit easy access to alfresco.
