Brand new first home buyer here.
We were all set to build with Eden brae homes - but she sales lady made a mistake with the land registration - and it won't be registered until June - which is a bit late for us
We are looking at a property - Full turnkey house and land package - it is through a real estate company
Anyone ever had this? Does it differ much from using just a builder?
