Re: Critique our updated draft floor plan! 8Dec 10, 2020 3:51 pm I wonder if for flexibility depending on the ages of your family - would you remove the study upstairs and make that a living area (with a lovely void view and also use all that upstairs wasted corridor better) and convert one of the front living areas to a study - given we are all potentially going to work at home more and flip the laundry and powder room and the powder room could be the full width (like the laundry) and serve as a bathroom/ensuite to that study then you essentially have the flexibility of a downstairs bedroom (for guests/older family members) and a separate upstairs living space for older children or younger children and their junk. I think to take out 20sqm you would have to rework the design a fair bit as the floors reflect each other - so you would have to focus on the ground floor reducing it by 10sqm then rework the upper floor.
