Hello Emerald Hills Estate Land Owners, have the registrations in EH been happening on time.. we have been told stage 11 will get registered in Oct 2021, but in the contract it says May 2022.
The Builder we want to use only does a 12 month price lock. So got to take a bit of gamble there.
