Simonds Villa Grande (Le Cras) 44

Hey All,

I've been building a house and checking out the forums here while we build our home. We just got the keys today. WOOHOO!

I wanted to go through my journey here (retrospectively) to help everyone out with their build, and to show the house we picked and why we liked it.

Just a comment on the name. The house we built is now named Le Cras on the Simonds website. It was called Villa Grande when we started our journey. Hence the two names in the title.

I am also interested in Le Cras 44, so can you please share some photos of your house, the floorplan if you made some changes, and experience of your building journey? What did you upgrade?
