Wondering if any of you have built with Kurmond homes and what your experience has been? We have chosen them as our builders (based on the house we like, price and great reviews on product review) but I’m unimpressed right now as we need a draft tender for the bank for our land settlement (which is in 2 weeks) and it’s been 3 weeks of requesting it and it keeps getting delayed from them. Love the house but really unimpressed right now. How hard is it to provide a draft tender for bank purposes. I feel like telling them to shove it. Any help experience or advice is greatly appreciated
