Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 27, 2020 9:47 am Hello all, Question to anyone living in VIC and applying for the HomeBuilder Grant - what documents are you providing to prove that the house you are constructing will be your primary place of residence? Especially if your bank is being unresponsive. How can I go about getting the "Duties Settlement Statement" or the "Notice of an Acquisition of Interest in Land"? Can I also ask, for those who have had a response from their bank, what document did you specifically ask them? Thank you!
