We didnt go too crazy with the upgrades. We made a structual change early on increasing the living space out and then included a grand alfresco. For colour selection mainly went with what was included, we upgraded toilets, added a sink to island etc. Given electical was around 10k, I'd probably say spent around 20-25k on upgrade at the colour selections stage.
How long did you guys have to wait to get final contract price delivered from signing validation plans ?

We took the bottom floor of the Westwood 37 and the top floor was the Westwood premier. Just about to sign the tender now. We've had to incorporate a few steps in the hallway due to the slope. Looking for demolition at the moment, how are you going with yours We are still waiting for land to register, tender happening soon hopefully. I'll give you a tip, if your land isn't registered yet, you won't get to construction in less that 270 days and you'll get repriced. What does "land 'registration' " involve ? If it's a Knock-down Rebuild, then would it still need "registration" ?
