Hoping to get some advice about a property I'm looking to buy for a knock down and rebuild a new family home. Bit concerned about the electrical pole and the overhead power lines. What problems will I run into?

Also, you currently have an overhead lead in for your electrical supply. Most volume builders will want to replace that with an overhead supply to a private pole at your property boundary with underground wires running from the private pole to the house meter box.
