Hope everyone is sound and well.
I was exploring Coral Homes and Monash 29 is the design very closer to what I want.
So I am here to hear from you guys if anyone has built this plan through Coral. Otherwise too, anyone built or building through Coral, please help me in sharing your experience about what I should be aware before I jump in to the contract.

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.
