I'm looking any suggestions and building experience if somebody build the house by stages. I mean not build with a one company but find different traders to do different part of building
1 - Drawer or Architect plan of house (find the Architect to do it)
2 - DA ( prepare all documents with Architect independent)
3 - Engineer plan ( find the engineer to do it)
4 - CC (prepare all document with Engineer)
5 - find the building company to do slab
6 - find electrician and plumber

I'm embarking on my first ever build in Australia, so I can't comment on direct experience here, but I've been deeply involved in multiple building projects in my parents home country.
Doing it in stages involves a lot of work and time. You will need to coordinate so many trades people and material.
I personally don't think the cost vs benefit is worth it.
Finding a custom builder (if you need to build your custom plan that you've done and attached in your other thread), and getting them to do it all would be less of a hassle if think.
Even though they are custom builders, they still have access to discounts and wholesale prices for materials and would have multiple go to options for each trade and staff to coordinate everything.
Unless you are retired and don't have a job to go to during the day, I wouldn't even think of going down this path here in Australia.
All the best with your build. 😊

Thank you so much for your advise. Yes, I think I will find the building company who can build my house. I am working more than full time and understood after 6 months that I'm too slowly with the project.
