For our builder it would depend on the stage of the build.
Each variation would cost us 1k plus the cost to upgrade the item.
It would depend if Burbank regards each door as a separate variation.

They won’t allow any changes now that we’ve signed the new home proposal due to the building contract won’t be ready in time for the 25k grant if they pull it out of their system now they said. We are currently waiting for our colour appointment, we are still in the early stage but they’re aiming for us to sign the contract by the end of the year. They said if they pull our file now it will go back to sales and contracts won’t be ready this year. So I was hoping i can still add some variations after contract signing.

When you changed your doors through colour selection was it just the door itself? Coz i’m trying to change hinged doors to sliding doors?
It sounds like they have already told you it's not possible? Have Burbank told you the variation cost?
I changed my hinged robe doors to sliding. Is that what you mean?
