Hello Everyone,
We plan on building the Crompton26 on a 400sqm block in Olivine estate.
We are happy with the T Series inclusions, but just noticed that CH doesn't include ANY down lights as standard!!
And we'll have to upgrade or add it post handover.
Just wanted to check with you all to see what sort of upgrades did you go ahead with CH for a single storey home and the costs.
For example :
Down lights
Power Points
Data Points
Slab upgrade from M to H1
etc.
