Sisters Beach - Progress to date

Soil reports back and tender drafted. Just waiting on the BAL report. Expecting a 12.5 rating. Some interesting variations due to coastal proximity but not too exxy. Building the Barcelona One.

Well BAL report is back its a 12.5. Appears we will do selections in January. Its appears those getting the building grants are prioritised over us for the appointments. Hoping they can squeeze in a video call so when we get down there we're all read to go! Getting to contract stage seems drawn out....we're rearing to go....

Yeah, we're finally building. Council planning and CLC Aprovals took a while...but we've now started.
