To do that small Laundry in the background was an EXTRA $2500 through our builder to have it match the Thermo cabinet profile in the Kitchen, we just didn't think that was worth it. In the case of a cabinet maker their difference in cost between laminate and 2Pac was less than $1000 for an area similar to the Laundry and Butlers Pantry combined. In terms of the Kitchen cabinet profile, This was a Clarendon promo "valued at $3990". I hope this helps.
