Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 01, 2020 5:30 pm Hi all, im doing a knock down rebuild in Newcastle and the plans have only just come out of council and I started the Demo this week. I Signed contract with MOJO before June 4th (April I think) now since MOJO haven't started any works yet and i still have only paid the tender fee. I asked them if I could have a new contract due to delays and modifications to the plan to get it through council also so I'd be eligible for the grant, but they said they can't. And all changes are post contract variations. Has anyone one had any luck with this? As contracts get cancelled all time I don't see the problem its not like its going to cost them anything.
