Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 19, 2020 1:33 pm Hello Guys, Sorry for the stupid questions if It is. Question 1: I am Building with the local Brisbane based Builder & I want to know list of documents I should get on handover day from Builder. Question 2: Do you guys get report from the Certifier at the end of each Building stage inspection (Base, Frame, Lock-up/Enclosed, Fixing and Fit-Off...)? I am going to hire third party handover inspection & He will give me report. But I am thinking that I should have got report for each stage from Certifier. What do you think??
