Question 1: I am Building with the local Brisbane based Builder & I want to know list of documents I should get on handover day from Builder. Question 2: Do you guys get report from the Certifier at the end of each Building stage inspection (Base, Frame, Lock-up/Enclosed, Fixing and Fit-Off...)? I am going to hire third party handover inspection & He will give me report. But I am thinking that I should have got report for each stage from Certifier. What do you think?? It depends on the contract. Sometimes the PC is employed by the homeowner and sometimes by the builder. There are variations in each of those scenarios as well.
