17 April - first saw house and land package
18 April - met sales staff
19 April - walked through display of Retreat
25 April - discovered we didn’t like the estate the house and land package was in
26 April - found our land !
28 April - first build estimate
6 May - signed contract for land purchase
3 June- soil test results
17 June - land settled
8 July - tender plans and tender
30 July - signed build contract
19 August - colour selections
29 August - tile selections
17 September- final inclusions and selections signed
18 September- tile selections signed
1 October - final plans signed for construction

Expecting site works done by end of October
