Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 04, 2020 10:49 am We are building a new house and they have left a decent gap between the weatherboard and the concrete of the alfresco. We want it flush. We were never going to tile it. They knew we were never going to tile it. Apparently it will be left that way. I dont understand why. Apparently it's because of termite barrier. But why can it be flush with tiles and not the concrete. My husband is fuming and doesn't believe them. Im trying to find a reference. Any help would be really appreciated.
