Hello Guys,

We are looking at their premium 'doncaster' plan (with modern facade) - customized to 5 bedrooms.

Wondering if anyone here built with King Homes NSW? And how is their feedback?

The product review has very good ratings but its not always true

Thanks in advance.

I didn’t build with them but have a look at the wife of King Homes’ IG, she regularly posts stories of King Homes’ newest and upcoming builds etc and even reposts clients that are also building with them.

She’s very friendly, shares helpful information relating to building and takes the time to respond to DMs.
Hi there, we are currently building with King Homes. There were the usual hiccups getting the plans and inclusions right but once building started I am so impressed. Everything is zooming along and looks fantastic and after spending time trawling blogs and reading other peoples building stories I am really happy we went with King Homes. There are a lot of extras included that other builders don't include such as freestanding baths, high ceilings, polyurethane kitchens, white gloss painted doors and trims and a much better range of bricks to choose from. Cheers

Hi there,

We are building with King homes. We have just finished our externals. This week have started the internals.
After trying some other builders, We couldn't be any happier of having King Homes building our home. Mark and the team made everything simple.

I have post in homeone where I am updating the progress of our build.
we are building a custom version of the gemini and all up its costing about $396k

Can you post a floor plan and what is included in that price please?
Hello,

Im also interested in King Homes.
May I ask how much extra is your final price compared to the advertised price on their website.
I had a look and they seem to have afew inclusions and include site costs and driveway.
Keen to know how much more I need to add on top of their advertised prices .
Thanks
Emma

Hi Emma
Ours was about $55k on top of the advertised price. Most of it (about $30k) was for making the granny flat kitchen heaps bigger and extending alfrescos. If you like the plan and dont want to make it any bigger I would say $30k would cover it. We added floor to ceiling tiles, pull out taps undermount sinks, stone in the granny flat etc. Their website is great where you can add extra packages etc. I am super impressed with the build quality and the build has gone super fast, we are nearly finished.

Wow thank you for that insight. Their prices are very competitive, I'm impressed.
