After that, the builder, supposedly starts paying us an allowance each week. My question is, when does the 'build days' allowance actually kick off? My builder says its when they've broken ground / poured the slab? I'm of the understanding that its 21 days after the building permit is issued? Any ideas? The builder gave us a 'site start notice' which references 'drainage installation date' as the starting point, and that date + the number of days from contract as practical completion date. So would be just before they pour the slab in our case. You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 16557 Sorry but you have a crap builder.
